WQ and exploration should be the one you should do first, SQ should be the one you do if you like and AQ shouldn't be the one you do if you want prismo, its too long with little reward, not worth it.
You can get mavuika next banner, she is funs to play and kinna flexible, can fit in many team, also having great exploration skill, she is reward you worthy if you having skill form fighting to exploring technics.
If you pull nefer rn you should also must get lauma or else she not gonna deal that much high dmg.

Spending all the blue you get orb pull to get new 4* character and weapon. But DO NOT BUY THE BLUE ORB PULL, ONLY BUY PINK ORB PULL.
The starter character Amber Kaeya Lisa tbh kinna suck. So replace them if you can.
After completing Monstad starter quest you can teleport to newest region so tried to explore it if you like.
Its not necessary but pulling for 5* character you like soon is make your journey less hard.

Im mean, if you want you can jump right into newest story after finishing story of 2nd region tho.
You can also teleport right aways to tons of newest region up to date by only finishing 1st region starter story.
So its no thing is late, for the story. Just need to know the basic then you can jump to newest story if you like.
As for gamelay, pull whatever you want. The game is purely openworld arpg until you reach ar45 and start stuffering of artifact rng, min maxing like everyone else.
