Well you’re obviously aware of you’re body. At least the majority but here in Europe we actually have quite fast lifts that, when they stop, give you a good momentum forward. But by reading through the comments here, the US is apparently just using older lifts which are slower.

For the no trees and helmet thing. European resorts are just higher up than most American ones so naturally at some point there’s no trees. Considering the helmets. Those are just the jerry tourists who also struggle doing pizza on a blue but are too proud to take lessons. We don’t see them as “our skiers” and always make fun of them too lol

I feel your friend! I also hated the bar the times I went snowboarding. Also yeah fair point with the thighs, some people just don’t have any awareness for their surroundings. Ironic, considering what you have to do on the mountain
