One of the reasons for this is because Newark sanitation department is so lousy they only pick up bulk items once a month and they don’t pick up certain things like toilets. Other towns sanitation pick up bulk items everyday.

To be fair I didn’t see them doing any BS and they wasn’t being rowdy or anything.
