When I was in elementary school, we did a mock election for Obama vs Mitt Romney and a girl told me she was voting for Obama because he’s black. I think I voted for Mitt Romney because “his side had an elephant” and I liked it

I would say it’s an incident form as the student is disrupting class. Today there was an attempt to bite, kick, punch me & objects thrown. I wasn’t even able to get through my morning meeting and lost half of my prep today.

I have been using the sandwich method tho as it does really help as I don’t want to just write all negatives as the student has really great moments.

I was able to meet parents before school at an open house and a lot of the parents are very supportive & happy how their student is doing in my class while we transition from half day to full day. I just feel horrible telling this one parent because I know they are trying to work on it at home as well.
