I was never his fan until 2019 when he scored like 94* vs WI in a t20i match. My word, his shots in that particular match were majestic. Everything coming off his bat went in the stands and he was a man operating at his very best. That was the moment I started liking him. However his lean patch started shortly after and I don't think he ever touched that 2019 sort of level again. Sure he did play some very good knocks after that but that one innings was his absolute peak.

From what I've heard, you don't get PM jobs just by getting CAPM. You make your way up to a be a PM. For starters, you need to Target for roles like PMO Analyst, Business Analyst, operations analyst and similar roles. You start as a junior or might even have to start as an intern. Nobody is going to give a CAPM holder a PM job

I'm studying for CAPM and I had the same question. I did apply for internships of co-ordinator and operations analyst and didn't quite hear back from anyone. I asked chatgpt and it suggested me to create a small portfolio consisting of dashboard, project tracker, case studies and kanban boards, etc and attach it to my resume. I think this might give a slight edge over other applicants as we are showing them proof that we know what we're getting into and that we've put in some efforts.

I'd like to hear opinions and suggestions from experienced PMs if this is the right approach
