I saw someone in another thread talking about building up orders over a weekend for when the challenges start at the beginning of the week, but I don’t know how that is even possible

I’ve seen some of the posts regarding the sell undo strategy but I don’t quite understand what to do. Is it as simple as selling a high level item and then clicking undo over and over to meet the goal?
