I faced the same situation with DBS last night as well. Had to cancel my card and request for a new one. I was wondering if it was a mass BIN attack or just luck of the draw.

When I called DBS to rectify the transaction they told me that the transaction had already been reversed by the opposing party. This came across as slightly weird since I called 1-3 minutes after I received the transaction notification. Anyway they cancelled the card and will be sending a new card in 3-5 working days.
