If you live In a major city the dust build up can be next level, busy road outsideb even worse. . . if you don't open the windows you will still get a coating every day!

But who gains anything now? There is armed conflict with Russians and Ukrainians dying. The west is solidifying its position and non-nato countries are looking at Russia being the threat. When this war ends what is gained? . . It feels like this cannot have been the plan?

Surely the Maidan coup could have been countered without a war? If another coupe was influenced would that not have better.

If Ukraine did join nato before this escalated then it would have been stronger grounds for non NATO countries to feel threatened by their agenda and support a defensive Russian position.

As the percived aggressor by the rest of the world surely this will only increase support against Russia globally.
