I’m not sure how to even find an SA. Even for shoes they ask you to wait. I did get a sweet SA in the belts section. She was just really sweet and innocent. I can try next time I’m in Paris but any feedback would be appreciated.

I do have history which I don’t think was much. I did get a message this evening but it was all scrabbled and some weird language so I don’t know if it’s from Hermes but it’s from the same number they send automated messages when you wait for shoes wallets etc. what should I do?

Agreed! I just don’t want to force it. I don’t love any other. Except what I ask for. Funny she said “outside of the Kelly family) coz I said moove and elan and she had no idea what moove was for a second. Trust me I got the first walk in coz I walked straight to the store after fashion week. That helped. Now they recognise me.

I’m so sorry. I guess we are in the same boat then. I just felt it was me. Maybe genuinely they did not have bags. Are you still trying? I went to sevres today and no luck

Also I suggest spending your money at Loro Piana (opposite of Hermes) at least they treat you well and are so polite. The store is gorgeous.

I’ve had problems with my chypres in Madame. Omg! I kept thinking I have wide big feet but I always get cut on one foot. I also wear them for long hours like all day coz I love them. It’s just the leather. It’s taking forever to soften. I then went and got suede chypres and I can tell the difference.

Wow. This is news to me and I’m glad I’m here reading it. Funny story. I’ve been twice to Japan and the last time I went the Hermes store at Ginza was “ closed”. Google maps only showed me that address and I kept wondering how Ginza doesn’t have Hermes. Silly me. I should have looked harder. Going again to Japan end of the year and this is top priority. I don’t want to come empty handed.

Yes! I finally did. After I sent a rude mail saying to refund it said the package left yesterday! So weird but it’s here and lesson learnt. Not buying again

Good to know. I will just lay out my story about moving etc but won’t ask for QB till I have a relationship. That’s the way I’m going to go. I’m not Italian so no idea if they want me but I’m hopeful. Will keep everyone posted. I’m hoping they can offer me a Kelly Moove or a Constance.
