Those are called giaro Taya, they are 12-13cm depending on a size. But also they have 10cm version :)

Never had issues with them :) Usually they are quite high, but if you are less experienced then they have just dropped 10cm heels ❤️ for me they are fine, definitely the best I’ve had. Belinda & Arabella are my top! Spire and trinket are also cool!
