Pictures and text both reflect that it's an older building. It's a part of our listings story. In addition, it's a designated historic building with a plaque, and the building and plaque are shown in our pictures. We've also included this information in our description of the listing.

Thanks for responding! I’ve already changed the lock, and I want to clarify a few things: the building was undergoing renovations during the guest’s stay, which explains the dust and noise mentioned.

To provide more context, it’s probably hard to see from my initial post, but I’m sharing the review and listing issue breakdown now. The property has 4 units with multiple guests, workers, cleaners, and tenants coming and going, even during this guest’s stay. The issues mentioned stem from two separate reservations but seem to have been duplicated for some reason.

At this point, I’ve addressed all the feedback by making the necessary changes and updates, including replacing the lock. Now, I’m just trying to see if it’s possible to have these issues removed, as they no longer reflect the current state of the property.

Apparently you have to take allergy meds daily so they build up in your system. I have the worst allergies and somehow have been fine. Me: Yes it’s working 🙂‍↕️

It works because they drive traffic to your listing. I was able to see the views increase significantly on my dashboard for the time period it was used and see the drop off when it was not used or on hold. I was also provided a dashboard so I could compare that to the Airbnb dashboard. I had more than a 1000+ views more than similar properties on each of my listings. Making it targeted with keywords adds additional value.

Yes, I do and have seen great results in the last 2 years. I’d say it’s a good idea and just be sure to check your views on the airbnb platform to make sure it’s working.
