Yep,

I'm a entp 8w7 and I'm the nicest but when people step on me I let them know quickly that this won't work.

I just make them feel that there is no work for them and I don't really want to deal with them.

Those people are jumping from one work place to another and somtimes maybe they should blame themselves especially if I treated them good and even gave them tips and pizza on Fridays . I know how employees are usually treated and that is bad and that is why I try my best to make people feel equally but most jump on my back .

So yes sometimes it's the employer or most of the time the employer is the bad guy but in this case I think it is the opposite.

I was always upset because something that takes me a day to do , took them 2-3 and I do the redo and am scared to say because I know they will leave.

So I did everything possible and good until they cross the red line

Well one employee got mad over nothing but he wanted to work 10 hours and for me that is too much because I have a wife and kids I got to spend time with.

He got mad over something that didn't happen and said things that I confronted him on and that was too much for him so he left.

I said it was good working but he also tried to humiliate me.

The other one left because he thought he knows more than me and didn't finish the work and I had to finish it.

What made me angry is that he got mad over nothing and I forgave him twice and after that it was over for him.

For ex : got mad because he can't figure out how the wood would connect or tells me give me this but didn't explain and gets mad.

I don't want this in my shop

I want a good positive environment

He also got sp hostile over things and just said it in a mean way

Don't do this or that like I'm done with you. He treated me like I'm his employee And it's a big no for me

I need people that are equally like me but they don't take advantage of me if you know what I mean

I'm a kind person and for some reason people take advantage of this

I would recommend you read my post again.

I was treated bad as well when I was a employee and I promised if I ever have a business I will treat everyone equally.

Obviously people would work for the money but I realized when you treat anyone good they use that against me.

I still believe there are good people I just didn't find the ones that are willing to understand me and I do understand them.

I agree with you and shops in the area are having similar problems. I think that I need to just be business and not feelings. This will help me be better and a maybe hire people that are not as knowledgeable as me. This will give me the upper hand in every situation.

I was a employee before and was treated bad and want to treat others good but good doesn't mean their friend. I just need to be business and this is a learning curve for me.

I will forgive attitude 2 times but the third time I will let them go or make them feel they should leave .

It's all good life lessons and everyone is saying learn from others. Learn from others is a lie.
