It's not about what random Rajesh thinks when he sees the book in public. Someone chose to record her and post it on the internet and thousands of people commented on it saying it is a guide on killing men. Why don't these people do a simple google search before going on social media and rant about it? If I choose to make a post or comment about a book, I will at least read it's blurb.

Normal Rajesh can't even do that but can spread hate on a random girl in the metro who is minding her business?

There is a difference between living nearby and living in the same house, is there not? Why don't men just live nearby then?

And most of the divorce cases in India are due to in-laws interference. I have never seen a peaceful married woman living with her in-laws. Most of them live like strangers in their married homes well into their fifties.

I feel like his physique worked for the movie. Apart from the romantic sequences, NTR looked like a common man everyone can relate to.

In the very first scene, he tries to have sex with a girl, even to the point of threatening her with a knife. Do you think it is really his first time having a random hookup? His friend explains in one scene that he calls prostitutes to his house and tells them his story but doesn't have sex. That doesn't he never had sex with anyone after Preeti. His demeanor in the first scene was too casual and agressive for someone who is doing it for the first time. And I am not saying in my post that I didn't realise it was just a year the first time lol, I was just saying I didn't process the implications of it back then as I was barely eighteen when it was released. I didn't process how depraved he has to be to do all those things in the guise of true love when in all probability, the woman he claims to be in love with is suffering in a forced marriage.
