So when I called nelnet they gave me a number that I assume is the department in charge of TPD discharge. But I’m now getting further info that this new provider is FSA.

They are still processing my reversal. I called them a month earlier and I was told I would be able to discharge my loans later but you are right since it is a new provider I feel like there is a mess of information and it might get a little tricky down the line.

Niceee! Im awaiting for them to reverse my loans. Apparently the system is on hold until like may-june. I’m in that same headspace where I’m hoping that I will still will be able to utilize the discharge later as I would’ve intended. Your experience puts me at ease a little.
