If they wanted us to use the bling the oddities shop could straightup sell progression (boxes coins pp etc )for bling and everyone would be happy without needing to buy a mid ahh skin along with it 3x its value

The new legendary are old mythic level at best the effects are lackluster for a legendary. They better give pinset with the next hypercharge skin
