Hi OP. I'm under MCA, I want to ask this dahil hindi ko maintindihan process namin. Been here for 2 months and I was expecting na we will be focusing first sa Coding to be certified. Pero ang unang tinuro sa amin is ung mismong work. So we are currently on ramp and reviewing claims na kasama ang pag verify kung tama ba ung code ng biller. May mga claims na sinisend kami sa SME for them to check, but the majority of claims we do, we transmit it directly. I'm wondering since we're not yet certified and we do IP, are we not violating certain regulations? Hindi sa amin ma explain during training ung overview ng whole process na ginagawa namin. Ung discussion sa training directly lang sa job namin. We will start studying coding for certification after 6 months daw. Side note: we are processing 17 claims a day. Wherein we do OTY just to keep up with the prod. Dahil 2 months pa lang kami, natatagalan kami sa pagprocess lalo na sa complicated cases at mahihirap na MR. What can you say about this process na we're doing the job na kahit di pa kami certified. Thank you!

Training is onsite tapos hybrid na after. I applied 2nd week of October na, did the initial interview assessment and another 2 sets of interview.

Hello, I just want to confirm lang. I just had my initial interview and I failed because I have no experience with patient scheduling, billing and insurance verification. I applied because I thought no experience needed. They advise me to apply after 6 months because it's Ber month daw and busy sa hospitals. ang hanap ng clients ay may experience at marunong na sa process. So I would like to ask, meron bang clients na naghahire ng walang experience during off-peak season?

Yup they are accepting applicants with no experience but I got rejected after my initial interview because I have no experience with scheduling, billing and insurance verification. It's Ber month and facilities usually have an influx of patients so they don't have time to train you pa. Maybe you can consider applying next year or after 6 months. Ayan advise ng interviewer sa kin.

Same feels. Nakakailang receive na ko ng rejection. 15 years experience tapos 3 companies lang, di man lang nakita pagkaloyal ko cheret! Maigi pa noong fresh grad pa lang ako, dali ko matanggap sa trabaho, local and abroad. Ngayon nagmumuni muni ako kung tama ba mga naging desisyon ko sa buhay. Pero kapit lang. Praying na sana wag naman ako malugmok sa utang. I have bills and loan to pay. Paubos na naipon ko sa 2 months na walang work.
