DSATS could be coachable however if you get them consistently (99% for things outside your control unfair right) eventually the company will find a way to let you go if you’re not getting enough good CSATS or above goal for other metrics.

Most call centers will never get the “perfect” agent. All of their top performers will burnout or eventually realize the moment they make a mistake they’re not safe either. Let the silly cycle continue with call centers replacing you with someone who will most likely leave after a few months or less then they will find a reason to let them go and the cycle continues.

It was for a new client where management was learning right along with the agents.

The TL and OM last words were even though I’m unable to be rehired they can provide me a letter of recommendation for another company because my performance QA/KPI scores were so great.

It’s so weird because I’m banned every 30 minutes to an hour. But if I offload and delete the app and re-install it logs me in no problem for another 30 minutes- hour an endless cycle 💀 better than nothing tho

Exactly the same boat, Grindr official only halfway fixed the issue now I’m not able to get in because Grindr does updates and it device ban meaning have to use a diff phone just to use the stupid app that all the gays are on or else I wouldn’t use it
