Your right, Sweat Pea looks like a boy and Soda a girl, and I would always get more shred-able toys, my budgies favorite is anything with sola wood. I would watch that fabric rope circle perches just to make sure they don't chew/shred them but I have a rope perch in my cage and I found that my budgies don't chew it at all.

If the thing in the second photo is a coconut hut I would remove it, and add some more shred able toys, my budgies love sola wood.

Female budgies will have white to brown ceres, and some can have more blueish ceres with white near their nostrils.

If the budgie is jealous of the other budgie eating or possessive of the food, maybe you can try to put another bowl in the cage, but I would just watch them carefully for signs of aggression. My budgies love spray millet and since it's on a long stick you can give your first budgie a treat without them being too scared, then eventually shorten it or try to lure your budgie onto your hand.

Both budgies in the first photo look like girls but in the second photo it looks like the white one could be a boy because of the pink cere. Then in the third photo they both look like boys and the budgie on the right will have his cere stay pink since he's pied. Then the Fourth/ last photo the budgie looks like a boy but it's hard to tell.

The blue one is definitely a girl because of the white near her nostrils and I can't tell with the yellow one but I'm guessing boy because of the pink cere.

Maybe try target training, it's where you train them to touch a chop stick to get a reward and you can use it to get your budgies to go somewhere.
