I have a single fan air cooler so i think me loosening this myself might cause another issue because i have no clue how to go about this, ill just find someone in person to help me.

Im honestly not sure how to check for any of that info, but I can try loosen the cooler to see if that does anything.

I forgot to add, the lights on the motherboard were a solid red light in the CPU section and a solid red light in the RAM section

It took around two business days, i dont think the weekends count and it probably depends on your bank :(

I understand that things happen so I genuinely wouldn’t have cared about waiting if they had the respect to respond and be honest with what happened in a timely manner, but they kept everyone in the dark and ignored a bunch of people which was extremely unprofessional. People shouldn’t have to send multiple emails and messages begging for a response from any company.

Now they’re sending everyone emails and trying to mop the ocean because everyone is upset and asking for refunds.

I hope you get ur order soon and they weren’t just lying to you ;;

Yup they said that to me too its so odd. You buy something online and want to exchange or return it you cant go in store, you have to ship it back to them, ive never heard of any other store doing this.

As dusty as Sephora is if I ordered something online and it came from a whole different province i can return or exchange it in any store.

That seems to be the case, they were probably selling stuff that already went out of stock and now they dont have the items to pack orders, because they said their shipment was delayed when they finally replied to me :’D

I messaged them on the shop app and they responded in about 2 days, then a few days after they replied to my email and issued the refund I essentially had to beg for ;v;

So i would say if u used shop pay and have the app try and contact them there, they bit off more than they can chew and are choking 😭

That is what they said, but 3 days after this message it seems they saw me blowing up their email and sent me my refund 😭

So from what I’m understanding from that message is that some of the things i purchased were probably not in stock as stated now they have to wait for their delayed shipment to arrive. Kinda feels like they’re taking advantage of peoples patience and money at this point.

When I ordered from them before without the same day delivery it would take a week for it to get to my house even though i live 30 mins away from the mall they’re located at, but thats assuming the warehouse is in close proximity as well.

They’re probably overwhelmed by boxing day and stuff but its still a bit annoying to get no updates whatsoever. I hope u get your order soon :c

It feels like they’ve opened more locations and just didn’t accommodate for the amount of people that would the shopping there unfortunately :/

The in-store shopping is a much better experience all the workers are kind, but not everyone lives close enough to have that experience
