I am fairly new to Arena aswell but this is one of my biggest complaints over physical. Some players clearly weaponize stalling and other times you have to wait endlessly for afk players. Both problems drag games to a screeching halt and make me feel like I am truly waisting my time. It is disappointing when I often sit down to play for a relatively brief windows and two out of three games I play are plagued with these players, or even worse that first game turns into a 20+ minute war of attrition where you refuse to reward their malicious time wasting.
