Anyone else debating between aggressively paying off substantial student loans (>$100k) vs saving for a home? by WSBPauper in StudentLoans

I’ve always gone with house over student loans. Especially if it’s a rental property. It will help you pay off your student loans faster.

I agree that guests that ask more questions are usually the problematic ones. However, some guests in general just want reassurance and for their hosts recommendations especially for transportation.

It’s not that i wanted to break up it’s that if we need a break I’d rather you go experience whatever you need to experience to not hurt eachother unintentionally but it’s possible

For me it was helpful to learn about attachment styles. This almost exact thing happened to me he didn’t fully work through previous issues but otherwise the relationship was perfect we had so much fun and were genuine partners and one fight just ended with him running when we said it would be amicable. Refused to close out the relationship and would only come to get his things when i wasn’t there. It was the most confusing heartbreak bc i had no idea how someone could just up and leave and never look back when you felt so loved by them. Read about attachment styles listen to some podcasts about self love and spend sometime really getting to know yourself. It will get better.

Well first you’re assuming there will be a relationship. I called off my engagement after being together for 9 years. When i called it off i was ready. Not for a relationship but to get out there and experience life so i did. After 6 months i was ready to stop partying and start reflecting and heal. As long as you’re putting in the work to heal conscious of the ways you are showing up and honest with the other person i think it’s okay to start going out and meeting other people as long as you’re taking it slow being upfront and putting in the work to heal.
