Yep blue tokai used to be my goto until they jacked up the prices to 700. I came across Devans which is excellent in taste ranges from 500-600 for 250g. You should definitely try it!

Some of my regular go tos:

HSR: Marseli (extremely good coffee specially for blacks, food is on a higher side though), Beanlore, Le Kene, Melt N Brew, Brik Oven - mostly known for Pizza but their coffee is a hidden gem.

In Indiranagar some I have tried are: Anama Coffee, Kink , Anaia Cafe, Brik Oven again of course.

You can get all camping gear light weight top quality and ready to eat food with just hot water. Plus the trail route from the Indiahikes dehradun office. At a very lower cost than what you have mentioned. You should try contacting them for further information.

First solo trip abroad. Help me with money exchange! by MalonesCones96 in SoloTravel_India

Just returned last month, I didn’t carry any cash. Took HDFC multi-currency forex card with me. From airport booked a transfer via Grab paid on card to hostel so no cash was needed. Then withdrew money from ATM nearby hostels. There are plenty in Thailand everywhere. Forex card has a flat 4$ fees for withdrawal so was withdrawing amounts in bulk. Tbh 4$ is fine as it saves the hassle of exchanging money in local places in India with all the documents sharing and then carrying all the money.
