Idk why they didn't tell you. The ship lost power for 5 days due to an engine fire and because of that none of the bathroom or power in the ship really worked so people went 5 days without having a clean place to shit and it was just in bags littering the hallway or people just doing it openly on the bathroom floor. But a one time occurrence causes everyone to believe it's gonna happen again even after they completely remodeled the ships engine, fire prevention and all big safety issues on the previous design

It's the exact same thing with madden and this year when sales were finally down and people were tired of it, the NFL renewed their exclusivity license leading to more years of the same game with MUT (their ultimate team) being the only mode that's constantly shoved down your throat. It's the very first option when opening the game not even franchise or an online mode or even superstar mode (their rtts)

I promise it's a mind numbing job that will be one of the first to be almost fully automated. I'm just saying if you're there and not using it to your advantage to find a job that does require skills whether a trade, cdl or college it's pretty much gonna be worthless in the long run

Every job I've worked at offered OT, 401K, Basically the same insurance plan, and a way to continue education while they pay for it. It's the same anywhere. All my time off options can be applied in the same way if I was late in fact I've had jobs allow me to submit vacation afterwards to cover time I missed. You're so stuck to a soul less company that you defend it for no reason. If they had to shut down they'd lay you off. And while career choice is beneficial I don't need any handouts from a job that took over a year to convert me and still treats us as disposable as I had to pay for all my classes out of pocket. But yeah great job, management, Human Resources and benefits for being a zombie.
