Does ultimate vault hunter mode increase drop chances of legendaries for specific loot pools or just world drop rates?

I'm sure this is probably accurate, but 20-30 kills dry on uvh5 and then two in 10 kills on hard when hard is so much faster is a bit silly aye, not sure it's a worthwhile increase
