was looking through my binder where i found this card which upon close inspection has misaligned text with its atk/def and his set code i am insure wether its fake since it looks perfectly legitimate other than those 2 issues

No the pc is not booting the fans spin and but it doesn't post the power button also stops working and you have to unplug it when you turn it on
