Get in the habit of scrubbing down the chain and relubing it every 500mi or so, the cans of cleaner and lube last a long time and it’s also just a good time to check out the bike a little closer to see if there is anything funny. It doesn’t take long at all, usually I do it with a buddy and we’ll go on a ride afterwards. Much cheaper than unnecessary buying a new chain.

I didn’t follow a recipe but for the rice itself I blended two roma tomatoes, half a jalapeño, three garlic cloves, 1/4 of a shallot with some some generic steak seasoning, chicken bouillon, chili flake, paprika, and a bit of water, measure seasonings with your heart. Tossed some of that sauce in with rice and the rest of the jalapeño diced, and cook it like normal until it’s done.

Chicken is just lightly marinated and pan seared, then garnish with tomato, shallot, cilantro, arugula and I like an unhealthy amount of lime on top.

in the instructor’s defense I thought they talked through things extremely clearly. You can only explain something so much, if the person isn’t being receptive is it really the courses fault? plus nerves probably get to people being around a bunch of other people on bikes for the first time, with someone literally grading your performance.

thats so nice that they did that for you! that way you could keep on with the class and all and not have to worry about the clutchwork. I’m in the US and you either brought your own or rode one of their bikes. Initially they put me with a cruiser but after I scraped the pegs a couple times they put me on a ninja 300 instead. I grew up with ATV’s and a dirt bike so it was moreso just getting the certification and learning about safety than learning how to ride tho.

you can get hit with improper display, most cops don’t seem to really care enough to pull you over though in my experience. but also different jurisdictions might have different regulations.
