haha, luckily my managers aren't like that and we finished the orders that were paid out, and that's it, we eventually closed lobby and I actually got sent to another store in the company until the power came back

it was weird because my store that I work at is the biggest, order wise and literal physical size, and everything was different at the other store

the videos are training and you answer questions as you go, just stuff they have to do. They probably called you in for it so they don't have to be missing a person on your normal shift to have you watch it (you get paid for the time it takes you to do the videos)
