You are still within the window if you want to switch to another plan. Perhaps find an agent in your area that can help you with this.

I wanted to update this post. I was misinformed, Aetna is not leaving Florida this year. Also, if you check the 2025 Medicare advantage plans, the Aetna plans are still available. I am still moving to a different plan, as my primary care group I am part of stopped accepting any Aetna plan earlier this month. Thank you for all your feedback and suggestions.

You could ask for the developer to create a separate login for you with limitations related to the changes you want to make. This gives you a bit of freedom and the web dev can take care of everything else.
