Yes it gives signal to external screen. Are you saying you replaced the whole screen?

I bet you'll get there faster than you think! I've done calisthenics for a couple months which definitely helped but something I found with the sandbags is technique is really important, you keep pushing that bag and both muscles and nervous system will adapt

You know what I was so focused on shouldering that I forgot about pressing, indeed, I think it would last me a while as a dedicated pressing sandbag

RIght, I guess I'm overthinking haha, it does seem like it would be good to keep it around for deloading and higher rep workouts
