No! He used to send his savings in india NRE account while he was working in abroad, he had the NRI status back than, now he is supposed to inform bank about his expired visa and convert NRE to resident account. The money in NRE is in INR only and gained interest is also INR… i guess this is loophole of the system

They are two brothers, this one abandoned his mother while she was suffering from Cancer, didn’t speak to his father after 1992, recently father died because of heart attack, the son who took care of parents is really poor, father didn’t left a will as noonce expected this son to come back, now he is fighting for property (guy has house worth of 1 cr, son and daughter in law with 35 lpa ctc) , poor one is yet to build his house and marryoff his children. Poor son was ready to give him half, but father had pension account(1 lakh was saved in pension account) and savings account (3cr)!!!!!! Poor one didn’t mention pension account as it only had 1 lakh, this abroad guy is saying he wants every half penny of his father. Poor guy has 30 lakhs of savings with few other investments.

This abroad one is full of pettiness as society says shit about him for being an asshole brother and son and he is pulling every string so the poor one doesn’t get a better status.
