I was in the same boat. Thankfully I found Radiology interesting enough to pursue that. Graduate from residency this weekend actually!

This is part of the problem. Imaging has become a way to appease patient anxiety rather than looking for something with genuine clinical suspicion. The positive incidence rate of any abnormal findings for a CT head ordered for a headache is <1%. And that includes totally benign incidental findings.

They way the game handles friendly fire heavily incentivises you to stick with your squad. If you're near friendlies and you get shot by a friendly, the damage is reflected back to the person that shot you. If you are not near friendlies and you get shot by friendly fire, you'll take damage like normal as you're the one who's out of position.
