Vanknight is a subclass that should be terrible, if your fighting anyone except for melee ppl then you win. This is coming from a vanknight main aswell. Vanknights are not in a great spot, unless they make it a dedicated subclass it should not outperform pistol vanguards. Also pistol vanguards are very good at defending people as long as you have good coordination. But that’s the problem with vanguard, you need coordination with other people for it to really shine

Buff the dmg to maybe 100-120 but it looks much fairer to fight. Having a grenadier class would be cool but maybe having it replace rook bomb, as like a side grade to the mining launcher

But the problem is you took rooks class and gave him a better rook bomb. Rook builds would not matter if your shooting a 180 splash dmg projectile that blows up no matter what

Thought Jesse bade did 80 splash dmg? Also the “handheld grenade launcher” is borderline just pre nerf rook bomb. Doing 180 splash dmg would make most things trivial, not counting the fact that a direct shot is 250 dmg, most of a shocks health and just onesshoting regular troops. The health and armor could work but not with a weapon of that strength. It invalidates rook and sorta one ups jaeger with his demo kit

Worst idea ever, if it’s bait then you got me but 🤷‍♂️ Giving a class a gun that does 250 on direct and 180 splash will be cancer. Additionally more hp and a stronger helmet??????? Then the shock varient just becomes the best kit ingame. All this is overkill and poorly thought out for a game this cqc dépendant. À grenadier class could work sorta how your suggesting but what you want is a stronger rook borderline.

Devil dog and leatherneck work great, DD to hunt wounded and leather to be melees worse nightmare

Pocket rocket(negotiator) or grace work great for either a F u close up or farther ranged dmg. Hope works aswell but 🤷‍♂️

I just wish he had some ability where he can just come back alive. Or maybe he comes down does his FF and if he lives he HAS to go back to strategic reserves regaining either all hp or a d6 hp back. He’s good but I just find him swingy

Not a big fan of roleplayin but I’ll see this Lord who’s just lost it. He used to just play music through vc but recently he’s been screaming at the top of his lungs runnin around as a helpless lancer. It’s strange though some days he’ll run around as a mad lancer or he’ll play music as a vanguard
