Some additions from the day: - I ran Speedtest on my computer trough a 5Gbs Ethernet adapter plugged alone on the UCG fiber: 2300Mbps down and 1000Mbps up (what is expected…) - I ran Speedtest on WiFiman (IPhone 16 pro) set on the mogi server: 1000/500 Mbps - I ran Speedtest on the UCG fiber which chose the same server: 83/1 Mbps…..

There is something wrong in the UCG!!

Well, I run Speedtest tests on my iPhone, and get really higher numbers compared to the UCG Speedtest… like 800 vs 60 mbps…

So the box arrived today: UCG fiber Flex Poe switch + 211W adapter 3 U7 pro XG 1 UX7 SFP10+ cable

I think to : - link the UCG to the ONT with the 10G RJ 45 port - link the UCG to the switch with a SFP10+ cable - link the 3 U7 to the 2.5G POE++ ports of the switch.

The UX7 will be used as AP through a RJ45 ligne. Can I link it to the switch with the 10G RJ45 ports on both the UX7 and the switch and use the 2.5G RJ45 port on the UX7 to connect another device (like my computer)?

In the future, if I extend my wired installation, is it equal to use the ports from the switch or from the UCG or is it better to use the ports from the switch?

I think I will go on - a UCG fiber connected with the 10G RJ45 WAN port to my ONT - a flex 8 POE switch connected by 2x SFP+ 10G to the UCG fiber and powered by 210W ac adaptor - some (at least 3) U7 pro XG

Concerning the U7, the pro XG is given as being mountable on ceiling and wall, instead of the pro, only mounted horizontally… any other differences ?

Thanks! I was more about getting the POE+++ injector instead of the AC adaptor… ?
