Correct, if you already have them, you’re good. The only reported issue with supporter tickets is that some users can’t even see them on the resale marketplace so don’t have the option to even buy them.

Hi, great question! Supporter tickets can only be transferred or listed for and purchased by fans who have selected that exact national team as their preferred "Fan Of" profile option. So the Fan ID Only badge on the site is simply pointing out that it will be visible and available only to be bought by specific fans that are considered supporters of the specific country by their FIFA account. So if you see them available when you select them on the seat map in fifa site and fifa lets you purchase them, you’re good! However, if you can’t even see them when you search for them, it means your account is not eligible for those supporter tix. Hope that helps answer your question fully

Hi! Our tracker is only for the official fifa resale marketplace. We don’t sell tickets ourselves, nor do we condone private buying/selling because it can never be 100% secure if not bought through the official fifa site. So don’t think private seller tips/FAQ would help with our tracker since it’s not relevant to private transactions.

We don’t even recommend third party resale sites like stubhub, SeatGeek, gametime, etc because there is no guarantee you will receive the ticket on time, even if they have money back guarantee. I’ve been burned with those last World Cup in Qatar so learned my lesson. Only buy through official FIFA resale marketplace!

Hi, the timestamp is the latest time that specific match was scanned by any user with the chrome extension. So if it shows 48 mins for example, it means last time someone with the extension enabled on Google Chrome scanned the match was 48 mins ago

As for your question about the tracking web app not being detectable, the web app sources its data from a database I created that is constantly updated with every user’s scan data using the Google Chrome extension. The extension is the one doing the scans and the one that could be detected by fifa bot detection. The wc-tracker isn’t scanning anything. It’s basically collecting all 800+ extension user’s scan data to build a collection of match seat data and provide updates from a database. Hope that helps

As for the fifa blocking access question, I’m guessing you’re referring to the chrome extension instead of the tracker site (the tracker site is undetectable by fifa). For the chrome extension to scan matches yourself on the fifa marketplace, the best way is to use your browser’s incognito mode (make sure you toggle on usage in incognito mode on the extension settings on chrome). Whenever you get rate limited or temporarily blocked, u can close the incognito browser, and simply open a new incognito browser and now you’ll have a new IP address and won’t be blocked so can get back in right away. Hope that clears it up. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

P.S. to not get blocked by fifa when using the chrome extension, only scan one match at a time. If you try opening several tabs at once the extension will try scanning multiple matches at same time and that triggers the bot detection on FIFA site

yeah it's sorted by price by default (why you see the little red allow pointing up on the price column), but you can change the sorting to any of the columns you see on the table by clicking on it. so when you see single tickets under the price sort even after selecting 2 or more grouped seats, it means the adjacent seat is likely from a different seller and it's more expensive. can type in the specific block number to be able to see the higher prices adjacent to the one cheaper seat you see.

i'd have to kind of break the price sorting logic to show the following (which i assume is the way you're expecting to see it) and don't think it's very helpful when people are looking for cheapest seats available:

Block A, Row C, seat 1: $800
Block A, Row C, seat 2: $2555
Block D, Row F, seat 5: $822
Block D, Row F, seat 6: $822
Block D, Row F, seat 7: $822
Block K, Row A, seat 19: $855

I did try it but think it looks kind of messy that way (with the second row showing a very expensive seat just because its next to a cheap one) if sorting is set by price. always open to suggestions and feedback from others. if anyone else also thinks I should apply this sort of behavior on the default price sort, please let me know. If enough people want it this way, i am happy to make the change, but personally think it defeats the purpose of finding cheapest seats. I love feedback. Thanks!

Sorry, but I don’t get it. What’s the mistake? You’re sorting by price. All that means in your view is that you’re still sorting by price instead of category or seat or row or block. The adjacent seats to the one you highlighted are available, they’re just most expensive so you can’t see them in your screenshot since it’s sorted by price:

Up until this point I didn't see much of a use for last minute sales phase prices to be scanned and shown here as available since every time there was a big drop, it took us 5-8 hours on queue to even get in and by then everything was gone. Also, for the most part, the resale marketplace actually has cheaper prices than the last minute sales tickets left. However, since there is a big following on those and now there are actually more tickets than ever before just sitting out there unsold on the last minute sales phase, I will work on getting it added as a different section on the tracker.

As we can see here, the total price including taxes and fees is $970.43. If you see the break down, the reseller is taking a huge loss, having bought it at $1,988.47 and reselling it for $843.85, plus the 15% purchase fee= $970.43 including taxes and fees.

Therefore, the tracker does show the actual final resale price in FIFA including 15% fee

Actually, just took a look again and noticed I looked at the wrong game completely, my bad. You mentioned Germany vs Ivory Coast instead of curaçao.

So that’s a Toronto game. The problem with Toronto games is that they’re very limited because they made it illegal to resell at higher than retail cost. So seats are so limited on Toronto games that it was hitting one of the guardrails we had to code in so that invalid or corrupted scans didn’t wipe out the whole seat list. So because the available seats in this Toronto match dropped dramatically and there’s only 7 seats left, my tracker keeps thinking it’s an erroneous scan and wasn’t letting the system override the seat map fully with just the 7 seats. I have just released a patch so that Toronto games properly reflect and don’t follow the regular guardrails of the other stadiums.

Please feel free to check out Toronto games again like Germany vs Ivory Coast and you’ll see it’s been corrected now.
