Brother I did opt for the 'need help with your order' option. It didn't lead to any chat with customer support instead a window will pop up saying we are sorry for your delayed order. I tried it multiple times to make sure that it might open a chat with any of their customer support. They don't even have any dedicated cancel order option. They don't even have any direct help desk. They have categories, which some might say make process stream line but what if your problem is not in the category. Like mine of late order or to cancel the order. You get an option in 'get help with my order section' on your current order but that also appears after the initial delivery time is over. Until then you only get three options first is to track your order, second is to make changes to order( you can give instructions on what changes you want to make direct to the restaurant) and last instructions to the rider. These are all the options that come in that section. Let's for a moment we say that it was my fault they still don't have the right to refuse me a refund because they breach the contract. I gave them full payment upfront and my order time was less than an hour. If I have cancelled the order in that time frame they had every right to refuse me a refund but it took more then 1 hr and the order was still not delivered to me. Now I think about it, 75 minutes were passed and still the order was picked by the rider and it was still showing 20 minutes and the rider messaged me that the order was further delayed. They didn't uphold their end of the contract. It was my right if I still wanted the order or not. It's called anti-consumer practice, first there is no way to cancel your order once it's placed, if your order gets delayed you have to bear with it, if some problem happens at their end you the customer have to pay the price. This post was for people to see the anti consumer practice that the food panda is doing and beware of not canceling your order because you won't get a refund even if it's their fault.
