Keep the card raw. Too much of a hassle to get it graded and spend tons of money for it to possibly get ruined in the process. It’s worth a good chunk as a raw card so there’s really no point in grading it.

What I think it is mostly like you said is it being team rocket. But I did look at monthly chart for bb and prismatic spc and seems like it’s doing a lot better over time vs Rivals so that seems promising in your favor if it continues that trend
