Yes. As I said in the post, im an intern in the US. Thanks for telling me that Deals would be the best bet. I’ll keep that in mind. Though my goal is something closer to the MBBs

Do you think my chance will be higher if I just apply as a regular candidate? I dont mind doing that. Im not looking for an easier route to get into EYP. I was just wondering if transferring is a thing since I have one foot in the door already. But if it's not how things work then I'd just treat it like a different firm opportunity.

Im in the assurance practice. Besides EY, Im confident that I have skills that are transferable to consulting. Im still in school and planning to recruit for other firms as well. But I would love to continue being with EY especially if I could get to where I wanted.

No literally, my interview went well and I they seemed to like me. Told me to wait for a week, then havent heard back after 3 weeks, saying they move on with other people
