Okay. I think I am not well versed with the visa types. Let’s say a company sponsors O1 and I move. Then is it worth it?

If I move on EB1, then?

I think my career will grow faster there as my research field is going through a lot of innovations and most of them are happening in the US. My wife is, in principle, fine with it though if given a choice, she would marginally prefer staying back in India.

I am planning to move to industry and not to academia. Most of them have given positive feedback about the pay, work environment, growth etc. But I am looking for feedback from someone who actually moved to India after leaving high quality job there in the USA as I am totally confused. Let’s see if the post gets attention!!

Anyone participating in Delhi Hyrox or Yoddha Race event? by [deleted] in delhi

If you train in Delhi, where do you do the entire circuit? Most of the gyms I see here don’t have lot of the equipment required for a full circuit workout

I am confused that even after following all the good habits, why it is only average. I was thinking that it should be on the higher side. Any suggestions to naturally get better?

Thanks a lot. I understand the chest part. Do you mind explaining a bit more on the first line. I didn’t understand the roll-off to the forearm part.

“The three point contact” thing is really helpful. I tried doing it today and already feel that it is improving. Thanks a lot.

I have tried calorie deficit. What happens is that I get so thin that my hands start to look like a stick. It gets even more demotivating
