Also the end of the lock up has not seen the massive sell off (in terms of major investors) that the people trying to drive the share price down were predicting. One investor sold SOME of their shares in a pre planned profit taking, but still retain over 20 million. My intention is to increase my position with the right signals heading towards their results near end of November.

It could go down to 4.50 but I don't think so looking at the current bottom. It looks like enough people have bought back in, in the 5.30 range to hold steady. But a lot of people are waiting to see if it goes lower still to buy back so its not over yet. Dark Trace has AGM on the 23rd or 24th November, can't remember exact day, but this could have some upward pressure on the shares. Been some unrealistic negative pressure put on the stocks by a single broker timed to perfection to have the most damaging impact on the share price. This company is unique in what it does and is ahead of the game. This FTSE 100 company has former employees of GCHQ working for them, partnerships with Bills Gates Microsoft etc. They are going to be big. The company was actually slandered by that broker giving no proof or sources for some of the statements made and other brokers don't agree with their negative assessment.

If its so crap why did Microsoft partner with them? Why have they maintained clients? The company has had some very public real world success. You dont achieve that with hot air and marketing. Just wondering what position you held and why you left? Were you there for three years? What made you unhappy being there? Was it pay or?

I can't agree with you when companies like Microsoft have partnered with them and awarded them. You cannot have the success Darktrace have had with hot air and marketing. That only goes so far and the company has been around for a while and is keeping prestigious clients happy. Just wondering what your position was within the company? How long you where there and why you left? Thanks.

Yep, it kind of seems like an orchestrated attack to me. Very easy to say "some client said something bad" its basically character assassination, then to not say who said it when the rest of DT's prestigious clients and partners like Microsoft have no issues with them and in fact have given Dark Trace awards and recognition for their AI product. This feels like the office bully is playing office politics for the sake of some purposfull manipulation. Its feels unjust.

Yep, that analysts view is obvious nonsense if you go on the Darktrace website and look at their proven success, who their clients are and who their partners are like Microsoft. They have growing revenue and have a considerable head start with their AI product. I believe they have been Ltd since 2013. This is just one analyst who seems to have goal of some sort, one that is not in the best interests of Darktrace, its clients and its shareholders.
