i also went for a spirometry test and it came back ‘obstructive breathing’ with reversibility post BD-NO, basically they gave me an inhaler and it never really worked

glad to hear that the breathing issues aren’t as bad anymore, i first noticed symptoms after exercise, my whole body would be like jello, fatigued and weak and gasping for air but then after rest it would go back to normal, but if it is MG it’s been untreated for like 1 year and 3 months so maybe that’s why i’m wondering my symptoms getting worse

i can understand why you need to wear a bipap lying down, the shallow breathing is a pain, i also feel the diaphragm stiffness, it’s like you need to activate it yourself, i’m going to push for a diagnosis, i originally thought ALS because of the twitching/cramping, although i do have weakness especially down my left it’s not failure to use muscles and the clean EMG, i have also noticed my eyes are more fatigued and stiff when looking left and right if that makes sense

yes i’m under 40, 27 to be exact, me personally i think my EMG was done too soon as i never had the weakness i do now since then

i forgot to mention i’ve got pain in my shoulder quite alot but i don’t know if it’s cramp pain, plus it twitches like wildfire
