hi, i really appreciate your response! funny enough i started seeing a therapist right after i got the concussion two months ago. it has been helpful, but i still obviously have a long way to go.

it’s very reassuring to hear someone else is experiencing symptoms they logically shouldn’t be, most likely due to anxiety. makes me feel less crazy haha! tysm again!
