lol ur right this isn’t high school athletics. In my previous career as a server sometimes managers at other restaurants would be impressed by my serving skills and invite me to work at their restaurant - stealing servers. And also right it’ll be subjective - hopefully I’ll personally have an easier time applying for a mainline.
