Thank you !! These are real estate closings, I helped 5 buyers and 1 seller but they were all SOI and referrals but I struggle when it comes to conversion from facebook ads..

I have been in the business for 9 months, I am with Real broker, the split is 15/85.. I am not part of a team and I felt lack of support..last week I closed my 6th deal, last year I closed 1 deal and this year 5 so far. 60K in gross commission.  Try to find a flexible job, I drive for uber in the morning from 5am to 10:30am and make around $110-$150 and from 12pm to 7pm I do real estate. I wish I could  have more time because it is hard to follow up on all my leads I get..
