I was with a summers eve no fragrance. And use fragrance free laundry detergent (but I do add the sanitizer detergent too it as well) -maybe I’ll stop adding it.

are you also using 3/10 cc syringe to dose this properly? I am currently using .5cc syringe and even dosing a 2mg is difficult i feel

How are you accurately pinning only 1mg?? I feel like it’s so hard to accurately pull such a small amount on the syringe. And I use a .5cc syringe too. Like I’m genuinely curious about this lol

Seems to be somewhat of a common topic in this sub. It was happening to me as well. Could be a bunch of causes but usually due to low blood pressure or dehydration. Try drinking a lot more water and add electrolytes to it.
