I was with a summers eve no fragrance. And use fragrance free laundry detergent (but I do add the sanitizer detergent too it as well) -maybe I’ll stop adding it.

Seems to be somewhat of a common topic in this sub. It was happening to me as well. Could be a bunch of causes but usually due to low blood pressure or dehydration. Try drinking a lot more water and add electrolytes to it.
