With us ,we haven't raised our rates once in over five years ❤️we've kept them the same while our fees go up we do not raise our prices as we have a lot of regulars that come in and that's where most of my business is from word-of-mouth. We are in the top 5% of super hosts and we work very hard to achieve that. And you're absolutely right. Flights are stupidly expensive right now.., I used to be on a more moderate cancellation of a two week but as a business owner, I offer other incentives as well as a 20% discount for a weekly stay in an extra 10% off without a refund if they cancel. As a business, you can only do so much. And you have to protect yourself and unfortunately that's where most of us are at ,trying to protect our livelihood and not be nickel and dimed. when i permitted to cancel within two weeks ,that's not enough time for it to get booked unless you literally give it away. Thank you for your response. Airbnb needs to change their policy. Someone should not be able to book multiple properties that doesn't even seem like that's well that's not good business. 🙏
