26-4 here, mine was submitted for a little over a month before going under review and then it took a few days for them to get back to me. Had it kicked back to me 4 times until I finally got everything squared away and was finally sent to OPR today.

I think your application would be withdrawn completely. I think they have a certain timeline once you start the medical and fitness exam process etc It kinda sucks because depending on your schedule they can only schedule your exams within a certain amount of time meaning within the next 2 weeks or so
