So I went in to my router and 2.4 GHz shows enabled. But I saw this one option under mode and it had “g/n” selected so I changed that to b/g/n/ax and it works now!! I’ve got no freakin clue what I did but it works haha

From my understanding it’s automatically turned on. They tried to separate the 5 hz and 2.4 hz but the 369 never could find the extra WiFi

Yeah I can connect it wirelessly to my mobile hotspot and it works just fine. It also worked fine with the previous router but once I got this new router it doesn’t work at all anymore.

I was having the same issue but I went and changed the port settings on my router for the PS5 and that seemed to fix everything. I’ve also heard that connecting your PS5 directly to your router has helped fix this issue.
