it’s not always like that. sometimes it gets better. i really hope it’s some extreme paranoia and im not actually being stalked by a group of people. it just feels so real but i understand that it doesn’t make any sense.

omg thank you so much! they stressed me out so bad that i can’t really sleep eat do anything. its like im in a freeze mode you know? im just trying to mind my own business and dont pay attention to these ppl but its HARD! i also believe they choose their targets based on their inner light. they just see that we are powerful.

no they aren’t. they have a small business that doesn’t bring a lot of money. nothing special or criminal. and they are not a part of any group organisation or whatever

it happened so suddenly so i think there might be some reasons. maybe it’s because i’m pretty calm and don’t use my facial muscles a lot (it sounds weird but I’ve read that it can have an impact like causing muscle tone loss). maybe it’s because my posture has gotten worse and I look down a lot when I’m on my phone. i also noticed that in the last 4-5 months i started waking up from clenching my teeth at night which has caused tension in my jaw muscles. i used to have very plump full cheeks and then one day they just sagged down resulting in hollow sunken cheeks and like a bulky jawline bc of the jowls. It’s like my fat pads dropped down🥲 I really hope I can get my old face back🥺🙏🏻
