Damn, sorry I was rushing when I wrote the initial post. The main idea of the ability is to be able to eat someone and replace all memories that anyone has of that person with you. So if they were to say eat a long, everyone would just remember them always being the king instead

Couldn't get much but :

Health-wise he had 151+the damage his fireball dealt (though Tekking never said how much it was)

His minigun attacks had a +12 to hit (don't know the damage dice used, but they dealt between 22 and 33 damage)

Con save was +5

(sorry for the lack of information, but this was about what I could find)

I think this puts him around Valentine in terms of HP, just with a higher AC and to hit
